The back of the box states that 130GB is the minimum hard drive space required for the two games. The requirement was spotted on Call of Duty enthusiast site Charlie Intel, which learned that French retailer Micromania has been handing out empty Infinite Warfare boxes to those who pre-ordered the game so that they could play the Modern Warfare Remastered campaign a month early. Players will need at least 130GB of storage on the PlayStation 4 for both the remastered Modern Warfare and the upcoming Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, which is required to play the remastered game.
Remastered versions of video games don’t typically take up an unreasonable amount of storage space on consoles, but it appears that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered is a bit of an outlier.
